What makes for 'decent work'?

Many of us have experience of paid work. We have all heard people talk about getting a ‘decent job’ with ‘decent workmates’ and a ‘decent boss’. But what kind of a job is a ‘decent job’? What makes for decent work?

The University of the West of Scotland and Oxfam would like to hear from you - tell us what you think is required for decent work. We want your views - whether you're currently in paid work, self-employed or not in work.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and will help us understand what people really value as important in their work.
We will use the survey results to make sure that the voices of real people are heard in the public debate about decent work.

The survey is anonymous and you can leave it at any time.

If you have questions on the project you can contact us:

Thank you very much for your help!
